AtSaima Zeeshan Atelier, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted garments with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Before placing your order, we encourage you to review this Return & Exchange Policy carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
General
Each piece atSaima Zeeshan Atelieris made to order, with meticulous quality control checks conducted at various stages of production and packaging. Due to the bespoke nature of our products,we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions.
Normal conditions refer to instances where an item has been delivered as per the order details, without any defects, and meets our quality standards.
Defective Products
1️⃣Notification Of Defect
If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at:

Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
2️⃣Return Process
If your claim is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for safely returning the product to our address in Pakistan.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and any related costs are to be covered by the customer.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
3️⃣Assessment & Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, a thorough inspection will be conducted. Our team will determine whether the defect is valid. Based on our findings, one of the following solutions will be offered:
- A replacement of the same product
- A store credit of equivalent value (valid for use within 30 days)
- A refund in exceptional cases, at the discretion of the brand
Cancellation Policy
1️⃣Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within24 hoursof placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accommodated, especially if production has begun.

3️⃣Refund For Cancellations
Approved cancellations will result in a store credit of equal value, which must be used within30 dayson our online store. Refunds in cash are not provided for cancelled orders.
4️⃣ Non-Cancellable Orders
We cannot accept cancellations for:
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders where work has begun
Additional Notes
- Colour variation: While we strive for accuracy, colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting or screen settings. This will not qualify as a defect.
- Custom size orders require a 50% advance payment and are non-refundable once production has started.
